Role: Commercial FP&A Manager
Salary: £80,000-£95,000 plus package
A PE-backed scale-up business operating within Tech Infrastructure are looking to hire an FP&A Manager as they build out a finance function to support rapid growth on the back of PE investment.
The role reports into an FD and this position purely focuses on the commercial finance side - building out FP&A and Modelling. There is a separate Group Reporting Manager who will focus on the reporting and control piece.

The role will centre around modelling scenarios and building out budgeting, forecasting and planning cycles to guide the growth strategy of the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Produce modelling for future scenario planning to support strategic decisions
- Develop Budgeting, Forecasting & 5 year plan process to support data driven decision making
- Own KPI analysis and reporting with a focus on profitability and liquidity
- Manage and track cashflow forecasting
- Produce Board packs to present key KPI performance and associated analysis
- Automation of processes utilising AI
- Ad hoc analysis to support fast decisions in an entrepreneurial environment
