About the Role
The 2 year Graduate Programme consists of a minimum of two rotations gaining valuable experience and exposure across our Commercial sector of Marketing and Sales.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing (Pricing)
As part of the Pricing Team, the Pricing Analyst will work closely with the Pricing Manager to ensure accurate, timely, and consistent pricing analysis.

Key responsibilities include:
- Conducting Monthly Business Reviews, analysing results against pricing and forecasts, and identifying opportunities for improvement with clear recommendations.
- Developing and maintaining tools to support and enhance the pricing process.
- Supporting the wider Marketing Operations team with reporting, product setup, testing, and controls.
- Attending Pricing Committees and Monthly Distribution Cost meetings, preparing minutes, assigning actions, and ensuring follow-up.
- Collaborating with other Marketing teams to build strong relationships and support the achievement of business objectives.
Sales
The Sales Department plays a key role in delivering RCI’s commercial and financial objectives, as well as supporting manufacturers’ growth ambitions. This is achieved through the execution of commercial strategies across dealer networks and active performance management.
Key responsibilities include:

- Supporting the implementation of RCI’s commercial strategy within dealer networks.
- Contributing to the monitoring and management of dealer performance to drive network effectiveness.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with dealer partners.
About You
- General understanding of UK financial services market
- Strong writing skills
- Verbal communication skills
- Ability to multi-task under pressure
- Able to work with large datasets
- Strong Data Analytical skills.
- Ability to build stakeholder relationships across the business, Curious and Rigorous.
