Headquartered in Dublin, we deliver complex engineering solutions across Ireland, the UK and mainland Europe, partnering with some of the world's largest multinational companies across sectors including data centres, pharmaceuticals, commercial, industrial and energy.

The Role

As a Commercial Graduate based in London, you will join our Commercial team and gain practical experience supporting the commercial management of major M&E projects across the UK.

Working alongside experienced commercial professionals, you will develop your understanding of contracts, cost control, valuations, procurement, variations and project reporting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Commercial team with project cost control and reporting.
  • Assist with valuations and applications for payment.
  • Support the administration of subcontractor accounts.
  • Assist with contract and commercial documentation.
  • Support the management and tracking of variations.
  • Assist with cost reporting and forecasting.
  • Maintain accurate commercial records.
  • Support procurement and supplier activities.
  • Work collaboratively with project and finance teams.

Requirements

  • Degree in Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management, Construction Management, Engineering or a related discipline.
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills.
  • Good attention to detail.
  • Strong organisational skills.
  • Good Excel and Microsoft Office skills.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Interest in the commercial management of construction projects.
  • Willingness to work in a project/site environment.
