About The Program

  • Duration: 12-month program including 4 weeks of initial onboarding training and following this, in-depth, ongoing training, mentoring, project work, and assessment.
  • Support: Participants will be supported throughout the program by a dedicated program manager.
  • Ideal for: Recent graduates who are interested in pursuing a career in financial data services & technology and wish to work in a dynamic client-facing role.
  • Experiences: Selected participants can expect to receive exceptional in-depth training in a diverse peer environment built on inclusiveness, experiential learning, and development in business areas such as Customer Success, Customer Support, Marketing, and Sales.
  • Additional Opportunities: A curated program that includes networking events, exploration of Fitch's commitment to community service, direct one-to-one mentorship, coaching, and further educational and professional development.

How You'll Make An Impact

  • Be a key part of the customer support and success backbone for Fitch Solutions accounts, ensuring a best-in-class client experience.
  • Help drive product value and adoption for Fitch Ratings Pro, CreditSights, and BMI platforms across a portfolio of clients through proactive engagement, onboarding, and usage enablement.
  • Support sales activity by preparing and participating in demos, gathering client requirements, and coordinating follow-ups that move opportunities forward.
  • Deliver clear, client-ready communication (verbal and written) to explain product capabilities, answer questions, and guide clients to get the most from Fitch Ratings Pro and BMI.
  • Contribute to priority projects aligned to our strategic objectives, collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve processes, product feedback loops, and commercial outcomes.
  • Build a strong understanding of the financial services ecosystem, and how Fitch Solutions' offerings solve client problems and differentiate in the market.
