Job Title

Commercial Graduate - Ultrasound

Job Description

We have a unique opportunity to join the UKI Ultrasound business on a 2 year fixed term basis where you will be able to learn from the best and give your best. You will be responsible for developing and supporting execution of account plans for NHS customers, ensuring alignment with business objectives and driving long-term growth. The role fosters deep relationships with varied stakeholders and implements sales and marketing initiatives, analyzing market trends to identify growth opportunities. The role monitors key performance indicators, ensures the completion of contracts with key accounts, and collaborates cross-functionally to resolve issues and enhance customer satisfaction. You will contribute to the delivery of the Ultrasound business strategy, helping to drive key strategic initiatives across the business.

You will also have the opportunity to work collaboratively with the wider UKI commercial business. This role offers a broad, hands-on foundation in a commercial role within a supportive and dynamic environment, enabling you to build strong generalist skills while contributing to meaningful commercial focused projects. You will have a strong support network via the Ultrasound team, other UK based graduates, business managers and mentors.

You’re right for this role if:

  • Recent (less than two years) graduate in any degree (Bachelors or Masters) currently based in the UK
  • Evidence of high-performance background (for example through your academic and/or extra-curricular activities).
  • Evidence of leadership potential and you will have leadership ambitions
  • A demonstrable desire to pursue a commercial career

You will ideally be based at our UK headquarters in Farnborough, Hampshire (hybrid way of working) or from our Liverpool office. Flexibility to travel to customers in the UK will be required. The salary range for this role is £31,000. We determine pay within the range using objective factors, like the skills the role requires, your relevant experience and the responsibility you'll have in this role, alongside internal equity and local market considerations. This role is eligible for an annual incentive with your rewards linked to key performance indicators and company results.
