There’s never been a more exciting moment to join Natracare (Bodywise UK Ltd). As we transition into an Employee Ownership Trust (EOT), we’re investing in our future, growing our team, strengthening what has always made us exceptional, and building the foundations for long term, shared success.

For over 37 years, we’ve been pioneers and global leaders in natural period and personal care. We’ve championed health, environmental responsibility, equity, and human rights across our sector. We’ve built a strong foundation in retail and now we are focused on the next phase. We’re looking for a commercial lead who can help us accelerate growth across global retail channels and our own e-commerce channel. And do it in a way that protects our brand, margin and values for maximum impact. This is a chance to combine commercial rigour with a progressive and modern approach.

The role

  • Revenue growth
  • Gross margin performance
  • Channel strategy (retail, e-commerce and new channels)

And you’ll be responsible for turning our ambition into a clear, deliverable commercial plan.

What you’ll do

Lead and grow our retail business

  • Manage and develop our Business development and Account Management team (currently split across UK and key EU markets)
  • Work alongside an experienced Senior Executive in North America & Canada to align strategy
  • Build strong relationships with key retail partners
  • Lead and support new listings and major negotiations
  • Identify and unlock new channel/market opportunities (UK + international)

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
