We're looking for an experienced commercial leader who can step into complex business environments, identify what's really driving performance, and lead transformational programmes that deliver measurable growth.
This is not an account management role.
You'll work directly with leadership teams in client organisations, helping them solve challenging commercial, sales, organisational and growth issues. You'll build clarity from complexity, align stakeholders around practical solutions, and drive meaningful business outcomes.
What you'll do
- Lead strategic client engagements and commercial transformation programmes.
- Diagnose the root causes of sales and growth challenges.
- Build and implement practical, results-focused solutions.
- Influence senior stakeholders and leadership teams.
- Create measurable commercial value for clients and Firestarter.
