Brocket Hall Commercial & Growth Director

Brocket Hall is looking for a highly commercial, entrepreneurial, and hands-on Commercial & Growth Director to take ownership of revenue growth across the Estate.

This is not a traditional marketing role and it is not a role for someone who simply manages an existing sales team. We want someone who can identify commercial opportunities, generate demand, improve sales conversion, develop a high-performing sales culture, and turn opportunities into measurable revenue.

The role covers Golf Membership, Corporate Golf & Golf Days, Weddings, Events & Conferences, Hotel & Accommodation, Food & Beverage, Corporate Partnerships, and new commercial opportunities across the Estate.

The objective is simple: generate more qualified demand, improve conversion, and grow profitable revenue.

Key Responsibilities

  • Take ownership of commercial revenue performance
  • Develop growth plans across each business area
  • Lead and develop the sales team
  • Set clear revenue targets and KPIs
  • Build accurate pipelines and forecasts
  • Improve enquiry response and follow-up
  • Increase conversion from enquiry to booking and payment
  • Personally support high-value opportunities
  • Build proactive corporate and outbound sales
  • Develop partnerships and key accounts
  • Improve digital lead generation across Google, Meta, website, email, and third-party platforms
  • Improve pricing, packages, and discount structures
  • Take ownership of HubSpot commercial discipline
  • Work with AI and automation resources to improve the complete customer journey

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
