Commercial Growth Manager

We’re looking for a Commercial Growth Manager to lead the commercial launch and growth of an innovative AI-native production platform for the creative industries.

This is an individual-contributor role for a self-starter who can build relationships across the creative sector, develop a pipeline from scratch, own the full sales cycle and deliver measurable revenue growth.

You’ll work closely with Marketing, Product and Customer Success to turn early traction into a repeatable and scalable sales engine.

This is an opportunity to join an ambitious technology business at an exciting stage of growth and play a key role in shaping its commercial success.

Responsibilities

  • Own the full sales cycle, from prospecting and qualification through demos, negotiation and close.
  • Build and manage pipeline against revenue targets through outbound, inbound and industry opportunities.
  • Develop relationships with senior stakeholders across creative, production, media and content businesses.
  • Deliver compelling product demonstrations that connect technology to clear creative and commercial outcomes.
  • Partner with Marketing and Product to refine the ideal customer profile, messaging and sales approach.
  • Maintain accurate CRM activity, pipeline and forecasting.
  • Feed customer and market insight back into the business and help build scalable sales processes as the company grows.
  • Represent the company at relevant industry events and customer meetings.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
