Commercial Growth Manager (12-Month Fixed Term Contract)

Salary: £41-47k per annum (depending on experience)
Location: Egham, Surrey (Hybrid Working Available)
Contract: Fixed-Term, 12 Months
Reports to: Head of Commercial Operations

Are you an ambitious commercial professional who thrives on identifying opportunities, building partnerships, and driving revenue growth? We're looking for a Commercial Growth Manager to play a pivotal role in shaping the future of commercial activity at Royal Holloway Students' Union.

You'll lead initiatives to grow sponsorship, advertising and partnership income, implement and embed CRM systems, streamline commercial processes, and develop scalable ways of working that support long-term success. Working closely with stakeholders across the organisation, you'll help deliver sustainable income that directly supports our mission of making student life better.
