IN ART WE TRUST
Moco isn’t like any other museum. We started in Amsterdam, expanded to Barcelona, and after receiving +5 million visitors are now shaking things up in London. Our goal? To make art, fun, bold, and for everyone. At Moco, we showcase work by icons like Basquiat, Warhol, Kusama and street legends like Banksy, whose art challenges power and speaks to the people.
We celebrate the voices that are not always found in traditional museums, from the streets to the digital world and beyond. Our spaces are filled with immersive art, powerful messages, and a playful spirit. We believe in breaking the rules, thinking differently, and making art that connects with real life. Our team is made up of curious, passionate people who love creativity, community, and doing things with heart. You don’t need to be an art expert, just open-minded, energetic, and ready to be part of something exciting.
THIS IS YOU
The Commercial Host is the museum’s front-facing sales and marketing ambassador, responsible for driving ticket, membership, and promotional sales while delivering visitor experiences.
They are the first point of contact for all visitors, acting as Moco’s ambassadors by combining energy, knowledge, and professionalism to engage them, answer questions about the museum, and promote Moco’s offerings, including group tickets, memberships, and the ‘Pink Experience’.
Commercial Hosts are empowered to enhance each visitor’s journey. Whether through personalized touches, upselling opportunities, or guiding guests through tickets, concessions, and special offers.
They combine an understanding of Moco Museum’s art and experiences with strong sales skills to maximize revenue and ensure every visitor leaves informed, inspired, and excited to return.
In addition to their commercial responsibilities, Commercial Hosts may be required to act as a Runner during busy periods or operational needs. This involves supporting colleagues across the visitor journey by assisting with queue management, replenishing materials, delivering supplies, providing wayfinding support, and responding to operational requests to ensure the smooth and efficient flow of visitors throughout the Museum.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
