As a Commercial Intern, you’ll join one of our dynamic sales or account management teams, working directly with major retailers to drive growth and maximise our brand presence in the UK market.
Day To Day, You May Be
- Analysing sales performance: Tracking weekly and monthly turnover, market share and promotional performance to identify growth opportunities
- Supporting key account management: Preparing commercial pitches and joint business plans for major retail partners
- Managing promotional plans: Coordinating online and offline trade activations to drive brand visibility
- Collaborating cross-functionally: Partnering with Marketing, Supply Chain and Finance to ensure stock availability and seamless product launches
- Monitoring competitor activity: Tracking market trends, pricing strategies and competitor promotions to keep our brands ahead
- Optimising digital shelf and in-store execution: Ensuring our products are perfectly merchandised and priced across all channels

To Succeed In This Role, You’ll Need
- Initiative and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with internal teams and external retail partners
- The ability to meet deadlines under pressure in a fast-paced retail environment
- Proactivity and a keen eye for commercial opportunities and market trends
- Strong attention to detail, especially when working with sales data, forecasting and pricing
- A balance of analytical skills and commercial curiosity
- The ability to work autonomously
