Purpose
The Commercial Innovation Advisor will support the Head of Commercial Innovation in turning new ideas, technologies, and insights into valuable propositions for TGP and its clients.
Working across commercial, solutions, technology, academy, marketing, and operations teams, the role will help move innovation initiatives from concept through to launch.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the planning, delivery, and implementation of commercial innovation projects and roadmaps.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, project plans, milestones, risks, and dependencies.
- Lead user acceptance testing and support operational implementation.
- Gather market, client, and internal insights to identify and shape commercial opportunities.
- Help develop business cases, value propositions, launch plans, and adoption strategies.
- Support the commercialisation of AI-enabled products, services, and insight-led offerings.
- Prepare clear updates, recommendations, and materials for senior stakeholders and clients.
- Track feedback, adoption, and impact, using insights to support continuous improvement.
- Lead analytics, benchmarking, and product innovation activity in partnership with junior team members.
- Build strong relationships across TGP and with external partners, supporting senior client and leadership engagement led by the Head of Commercial Innovation.

Knowledge & Experience

- 4 to 6 years’ experience in client-facing consulting, innovation, technology, transformation, or a related field.
- Experience coordinating projects with multiple stakeholders.
- Strong commercial awareness and interest in how technology and AI can deliver client value.
- Able to turn complex ideas into clear, practical, and engaging communications.
- Confident working with technical and non-technical teams.
- Degree-level education or equivalent professional experience.
