One Aftersales are recruiting for a Commercial Insight Manager on a Full Time Permanent basis.
Reporting into the Parts Operations Finance Manager, you will be responsible for driving performance by identifying commercial opportunities and launching programmes and processes to address these. You will translate planning round volumes into Trade Parts Specialist Centre opportunity at channel level (parts, accessories, oil). You will also lead on all TPS data and reporting activity, ensuring accurate forecasting and planning.
Skills & experience you can bring to the role:
- High degree of commercial awareness and acumen, demonstrating a good understanding of the Aftersales business
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills
- Experience using data insight to drive business performance
- Strong customer focus
- Programme/project management
- Ability to work to tight deadlines whilst managing conflicting demands and priorities
- Ability to find creative solutions to complex issues
