Role location: Manchester, UK (Hybrid)

At Hologic, we're looking for a Commercial Business Analyst to join our Commercial Development & Insights team. Reporting to the Head of Analytics, you'll play a key role in helping our business make informed decisions by turning complex data into meaningful insights, forecasts and interactive dashboards.
This is an exciting opportunity to work at the heart of a growing international business, collaborating with teams across EMEA and influencing decisions that support commercial performance, product strategy and business growth.
What You'll Be Doing
- Developing and maintaining dashboards and reporting solutions that enable better business decision-making.
- Analysing sales, market share, revenue, pricing, cost and margin data to identify trends and opportunities.
- Supporting forecasting and business planning activities across multiple markets.
- Translating commercial challenges into meaningful reports, visualisations and KPI frameworks.
- Partnering with stakeholders across the EMEA region to deliver insight-led recommendations.
- Supporting the ongoing evolution of our business intelligence capabilities, including the transition of reporting solutions into Power BI.
- Delivering ad hoc analysis and project work to support strategic business initiatives.
- Presenting findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and engaging manner.

What We're Looking For
We're looking for an analytical and commercially minded professional who enjoys solving problems and building strong stakeholder relationships.
Essential Experience & Skills
- Data analytics and forecasting capabilities.
- Advanced Excel skills, including modelling, analysis and data visualisation.
- Power BI experience, including dashboard development and reporting.
- Experience designing and tracking business KPIs and performance metrics.
- Ability to analyse commercial drivers, including revenue, pricing, volume, market share, costs and profitability.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate data into actionable business insights.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver to agreed timelines.

Desirable
- Experience with Salesforce.
- Exposure to Qlik Sense or other business intelligence platforms.
- Experience working with sales, marketing or commercial functions.
- Knowledge of healthcare, medical devices or regulated industries.

Salary: £35,000 – 45,000 gross per year
The final offer will depend on experience, skills, and alignment with internal pay structures. In addition, we offer a comprehensive benefits package including pension and insurances
