Commercial Insights and Partnership Manager
We are looking for a heavyweight commercial professional to join us at a pivotal stage and help drive our new strategic revenue streams alongside our core portfolio. Operating with a high degree of autonomy and reporting directly to the Managing Director, you will be responsible for cultivating top-tier relationships and driving high-value, long-term partnerships across our platforms.

Mix Media Ltd is home to Mix Interiors, an award-winning events and media company that has been helping to shape the commercial interior design and architecture industry for 25 years.
About the role – you will:
- Spearhead strategic growth: Act as the Commercial Insights and Partnerships Manager, driving new business and developing high-value, long-term relationships with manufacturers and brands.
- Act as a trusted advisor: Develop an intimate understanding of your clients' business objectives, guiding them on the most effective marketing strategies, data utilisation, and brand alignment.
- Take full commercial ownership: Manage the entire client journey with a high degree of autonomy, from initial consultation through to finalising the agreement, while delivering excellence in customer service.
- Shape the product: Gather top-level client feedback to ensure we continually refine our service, intelligence, and product offerings.

Ideally, you will:
- Have a highly successful background in multi-channel media, sponsorships, agency, SaaS, or B2B data/intelligence sales.
- Have a strong working knowledge of, or a keen interest in, commercial interior design and architecture.
About you – you’re:
- A compelling storyteller: You have excellent communication and presentation skills. You know how to translate complex multi-channel offerings into clear, irresistible client propositions.
- Authoritative and credible: You are highly comfortable speaking with and influencing clients at all levels, particularly at the Director/C-suite level.
- Naturally curious: You possess a high level of enquiry. You are always willing to learn, ask smart questions, and dig deeper to truly understand a client's business and the wider market.
- Consultative and challenging: You are a natural problem-solver. You are able to present solutions that clients may not have previously considered and confidently challenge traditional ways of thinking.
- Highly driven: An ambitious, self-motivated, and target-driven individual with a proven track record in securing high-yield new business and strategic account management.
- A strategic negotiator: You possess great commercial acumen—knowing exactly when to push and when to let things simmer.
- Organised and detail-oriented: You have exceptional time and project management skills.
- Tech-literate: Comfortable selling data-led or digital solutions. Familiar with MS Office and CRM software (ideally Salesforce).
- A cultural fit: A positive and enthusiastic team player.
