Are you an experienced Insights professional who enjoys turning complex data into clear, actionable insights?
The Advocate Group is proud to be partnering with a global leader in the wine industry, home to a portfolio of internationally renowned brands enjoyed by millions of consumers worldwide.
The business is looking for a Commercial Insights Manager to join the team on a 6-month FTC. Working alongside the Head of Insights, you'll play a key role in transforming the company's reporting capabilities, building new dashboards, templates and reporting tools that enable the wider commercial teams to make faster, smarter decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and build automated commercial reporting and dashboards that improve access to market, shopper and customer insights.
- Transform complex data into engaging visual reports and dashboards that support commercial decision-making.
- Develop reusable reporting templates and visualisation tools for range reviews, competitor analysis, brand deep dives and other key commercial projects.
- Partner with Category, Sales and Shopper Marketing teams to improve customer-facing reporting and reduce manual reporting processes.
- Develop a central Insights communication hub, making reporting and thought leadership more accessible across the business.
- Manage relationships with Nielsen and other data providers, ensuring accurate, high-quality reporting.

About you:
- Experience within FMCG, Category, Commercial Insights or Sales Analytics.
- Strong experience building dashboards, reporting solutions and data visualisations using Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI or similar tools.
- Experience working with Nielsen, Circana or similar continuous retail data.
- A proactive mindset with a passion for improving reporting processes and solving commercial problems.
- Exposure to AI tools such as Claude, Copilot or similar is desirable.
