πŸ“UK Remote (occasional travel)

Full-time, 37.5 hrs | Reporting to the CEO

Most insight roles report on the market. This one changes it.

We're looking for a strategic, commercially sharp leader to build something that doesn't exist yet: a market insight engine that turns evidence into action, reshapes how NHS procurement thinks, and drives real growth across our healthcare and nutrition businesses.

This isn't market research. It isn't BI, marketing or sales. It's the space between all of them, where insight becomes influence and influence becomes commercial results.

πŸ” What you'll do

  • Commission research that challenges NHS procurement assumptions and reframes clinical and commissioning thinking
  • Shape tender strategy and market access, influencing how opportunities are defined and evaluated
  • Design scalable activation programmes that engage clinicians, dietitians and decision-makers, building advocacy and reducing reliance on traditional field sales
  • Lead account-based activation aligned to NHS regions, categories and procurement cycles
  • Spot category white space and emerging trends to inform innovation, R&D, partnerships and acquisitions
  • Turn data into compelling strategic narratives that move the CEO and leadership team to act

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer β€” it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet β€” that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
