Commercial Insurance Account Executive
We are looking for an experienced Commercial Insurance Account Executive to join our growing business.
This is an excellent opportunity to take ownership of an established portfolio of commercial clients currently managed by one of our Commercial Directors. You will become the main point of contact for these clients, building strong relationships with senior decision-makers and ensuring they continue to receive an exceptional standard of service.
Working closely with our broking and support team, you will coordinate renewals, mid-term adjustments and day-to-day client requirements. You will also help develop technical knowledge within the business while continuing your own professional development.

- Manage and develop relationships with an existing portfolio of commercial clients
- Lead face-to-face and remote client meetings
- Understand clients’ businesses, risks and insurance requirements
- Coordinate activity with the wider support team
- Oversee renewals, policy changes and client enquiries
- Maintain high standards of service, compliance and technical accuracy
- Identify opportunities to develop accounts and support the growth of the business
About you
We are looking for someone who:
- Holds a minimum of Cert CII and is committed to further professional development
- Has experience managing and servicing commercial insurance clients
- Has worked in an external, client-facing role
- Possesses strong commercial insurance knowledge
- Is a confident communicator and natural relationship builder
- Takes initiative and can manage their own workload
- Has a hardworking, professional and client-focused approach
