We are hiring!
We are looking for a new team member to join us at IBA Insurance. If you have experience in the Insurance industry and are looking for a new challenge, with career progression, this could be the role for you.
What we are offering
- Permanent position (Commercial Account Handler / Executive)
- Salary £25K - £35K depending on experience (Negotiable)
- Staff bonus scheme based on company performance
- Non-target based
- 33 days holiday per annum (includes bank holidays)
- Company Pension Scheme
- Based on site at our spacious office – Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm
- In-house training and clear development path

Candidate Criteria
- Experience of working in an Insurance role previously
- Knowledge of Personal Lines &/or Commercial Lines Insurance
- Experience of dealing with new enquiries, renewals, changes and policy enquiries, providing solutions for clients
- Strong relationship management and communication capabilities.
- Full driving licence
