Commercial Account Executive - Melton Mowbray - £50,000 - £75,000

This is a role for an experienced Account Executive who knows the market, builds real relationships and wants to be part of something with genuine momentum. You'll have the freedom to spot and convert new business opportunities, the support to develop your portfolio, and a package that rewards you properly for the results you deliver.

- Solid commercial insurance experience broking background preferred
- A strong track record in new business generation and client development
- A confident, clear communicator - written, verbal and face to face
- Self-motivated and commercially minded, but knows when to collaborate
- An existing book or niche is a bonus, but not essential
