Following business growth, we have a Commercial Insurance Claims Adjuster opportunity in Birmingham.

You will manage a portfolio of claims across multiple line of businesses including coverage analysis, investigation, evaluation of policy liability, legal liability (where appropriate) and quantum.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage a portfolio of claims across multiple lines of business, including coverage analysis, investigation, evaluation of policy liability, legal liability (where appropriate), and quantum.
  • Deliver customer-focused outcomes by ensuring claims are handled efficiently and empathetically, maintaining high service standards.
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams (including Underwriting), and third-party service providers to ensure claims service standards are met and customer expectations are exceeded.
  • Maintain accurate and timely records in line with company standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Represent the company professionally in all interactions with clients, brokers, and other stakeholders.
  • Support continuous improvement by providing feedback and contributing to projects and initiatives aimed at enhancing the claims process and customer experience.
