Commercial & IP Associate | London | 2-7 PQE
A leading specialist media and entertainment law firm is looking for a Commercial & IP Associate to join its highly regarded Interactive Media and Tech practice.
The team advises a broad range of clients across the interactive entertainment industry, from independent developers and start-ups to major studios, publishers and talent, covering the full lifecycle of games and technology products.
The role will involve a broad mix of commercial and IP work, including:

- IP protection, licensing and exploitation
- Commercial agreements relating to game development and publishing
- Development, distribution and publishing arrangements
- IP and brand-related matters
- Advising on emerging technologies, including AI
- Working with clients across video games, tabletop games and interactive entertainment
This is an excellent opportunity for a lawyer with:
- Strong commercial and/or IP background
- An interest in the games, media or technology sectors and wants to work within an established specialist team.
- 2-7 PQE
- England & Wales Qualified
