Commercial Junior Analyst

As a Commercial Junior Analyst, you'll play a key role in supporting the Accounting & Finance team by analysing data and providing insights that help drive business decisions. Based in Dunstable, this role is all about ensuring smooth financial operations and keeping things organised.

Description

  • Assist with financial analysis and reporting to support decision-making.
  • Prepare and analyse data to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the Accounting & Finance team to ensure accurate budgeting and forecasting.
  • Support the preparation of monthly and quarterly financial reports.
  • Maintain and update financial models and databases.
  • Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis.
  • Assist in monitoring key performance indicators for the business.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.

Profile

A successful Commercial Junior Analyst should have:

  • A strong understanding of financial principles and data analysis.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • An ability to communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
  • Relevant educational qualifications in finance, accounting or a related field.
