About NOOD

Are you a pawrent yourself? Even better.

NOOD is a New Zealand-born pet food brand built around a simple idea:

Good pet food shouldn't have to be complicated.

Over the past eight years, 40M+ bowls have been licked clean worldwide, with NOOD reaching pet parents through major retailers across international markets.

Now we're entering our next chapter.

NOOD has proudly earned its place with some of the UK's most well-known retailers, including TESCO and Morrisons β€” bringing our food to pawrents through partners they know and trust.

Your job is to strengthen and grow these valuable partnerships, while opening the door to new and exciting opportunities for NOOD across the UK.

You'll have experienced international leadership behind you β€” but plenty of room in front of you.

  • Win more pawrents’ hearts through our key retail partners β€” every day.
  • Strengthen and grow our existing customer partnerships through great day-to-day account management and execution.
  • Bring NOOD to even more pawrents by opening new doors across grocery, e-commerce, pet specialist and other exciting channels.
  • You'll own the commercial relationship from customer conversation to in-store execution β€” spotting opportunities, building the plan and making things happen.
  • Grow what we have. Find what's next. Get more NOOD into more bowls. 🐾

What You'll Own

🎯 TESCO & Morrison– We Strengthen & Grow

You'll help lead that journey:

  • Deeper understanding of the client’s pet category, shopper, and competitive landscape.
  • Build relationships with the right commercial stakeholders.
  • Identify range and price-positioning opportunities for NOOD.
  • Develop customer-specific presentations and commercial proposals.
  • Coordinate samples, product information, pricing and listing requirements.
  • Work with our wider team to turn an opportunity into a commercially sustainable action plan

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer β€” it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet β€” that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
