What will the role involve?
This is an exciting opportunity to support the legal team of a leading technology company during a critical growth phase. You will work closely with the lead lawyer supporting the business and take ownership of a high volume of commercial contracting matters relating to a growing affiliate and e-commerce partnership programme.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Taking the lead on agreements with merchants and retailers joining the affiliate partnership programme.
- Managing commercial contracts independently with minimal supervision.
- Advising business stakeholders on contractual and commercial issues connected to partner onboarding activities.
- Assisting with data processing and privacy-related issues where required.
- Collaborating closely with legal, commercial and cross-functional teams to facilitate the successful delivery of business objectives.
