Commercial Lawyer (Fractional) | Fintech | Mid-Senior
We're working with a fast-growing fintech business looking to bring on commercial lawyers on a fractional basis - two roles, two different profiles.
This is a great opportunity for experienced commercial lawyers who want flexibility without stepping away from substantive, high-quality work. You'll be embedded in a busy legal function, handling international commercial contracts for a well-known consumer fintech brand.
The Roles
Commercial Lawyer
- UK qualified Solicitor, mid-senior level
- Strong commercial contracts background, ideally gained in fintech or financial services
- Solid international commercial contracting experience essential

Commercial Lawyer (Multilingual)
- Qualified Solicitor/lawyer in Spain, Italy, France, or Poland, mid-senior level
- Fluent in the corresponding language (Spanish, Italian, French, or Polish)
- Same strong commercial contracts and international experience as above
What You'll Do
- Draft, review, and negotiate a broad range of commercial contracts
- Advise on international commercial arrangements, working across multiple jurisdictions
- Partner closely with internal stakeholders to support the business's commercial activity
- Operate autonomously and pragmatically within a fast-paced environment

- 📍 Remote/hybrid
