I'm working with a global technology business looking for an experienced commercial lawyer to provide interim support across the UK, Ireland, and Nordics.

About the Role

The role will focus on negotiating customer agreements and supporting business stakeholders on a range of contracts, including:

  • Master Services Agreements
  • Data Processing Agreements
  • AI addendums
  • Customer commercial terms

We're looking for someone who can operate independently, manage stakeholder relationships, and work closely with sales teams in a fast-paced environment.

Experience Required

  • Strong commercial contracts background
  • Experience negotiating SaaS and technology agreements
  • Familiarity with DPAs and AI related contractual provisions
  • Previous in-house experience within a technology, software, or high growth business preferred

Assignment Details

  • The assignment is part-time, starting as soon as possible, and will run initially until the end of the year.
  • Flexibility around working patterns.
  • Expectation that workload may increase towards the end of the quarter.
