Role overview:

Genuine flexibility

Availability: open to full time or 3-4 days/week

Remote with regular IRL meet-ups in London

Package: base salary + generous commission structure, depending on experience and how the role is structured. As a guide, ÂŁ80,000-ÂŁ100,000 + commission for a full-time role.

✨ Who we’re looking for:

  • A qualified lawyer in England and Wales with a practising certificate
  • 5+ years PQE
  • Significant commercial legal experience
  • Experience working in-house and with fast-growing businesses
  • Experience- or a genuine interest- in the creative world (particularly creators, social media, content, advertising and agencies)
  • Someone who can hit the ground running from day one
  • Entrepreneurial, proactive and excited by the opportunity to build a modern legal business
  • Brilliant at turning complex legal issues into plain English
  • Someone our clients will enjoy working with as an extension of the Legally Influenced team

📝 What you’ll be doing:

  • Owning client relationships and matters, acting as a trusted legal partner to agencies, creators and start-ups
  • Drafting, reviewing and negotiating a wide range of commercial contracts
  • Advising on IP, advertising, working with creators and structuring complex commercial deals
  • Helping grow Legally Influenced: building relationships, attending events, developing opportunities and bringing new clients into the business (with commission!)
  • Supporting across data protection and employment matters (depending on experience)
  • Delivering training sessions and workshops
  • Working directly with the founder to help shape how we deliver legal support differently
