Commercial Solicitor - Bristol
A great opportunity for a qualified England and Wales commercial solicitor circa 3 PQE + to join this leading Legal 100 law firm in their Bristol office to work alongside a tight knit collegiate team on a full range of commercial work including data protection, technology and IT.
The Work Will Include:
- Data processing and sharing provisions within a broad range of contracts
- Reviewing and negotiating data protection warranties and disclosures within transaction documents
- Drafting and reviewing SaaS agreements, goods and services agreements and agency and distribution arrangements
