About Redoxion

The rapid growth of electric vehicles and energy storage is placing unprecedented pressure on the battery supply chain, exposing challenges around cost, scalability, and reliance on geographically concentrated materials and production.

Redoxion is addressing these challenges by developing next-generation cathode materials and scalable manufacturing processes for lithium-ion batteries, while supporting the onshoring of critical battery material production. The company is focused on reducing cost, improving performance, and enabling more resilient, localised supply chains, helping to ease bottlenecks and accelerate the build-out of gigafactory capacity.

Led by Dr. Jerry Barker, inventor of the Carbothermal Reduction (CTR) process used in the majority of global LFP production, Redoxion is building on world-leading IP to deliver high-performance, cost-effective LFP/LMFP cathode technologies for gigafactory-scale deployment. The company is focused on enabling the next generation of battery manufacturing through advanced materials innovation and process development, working closely with partners across the value chain to accelerate deployment into gigafactory production.

The Opportunity

Redoxion is seeking a Commercial Lead to define and lead its commercial strategy as the company moves from technical validation into early market entry and scale. This is a high-impact role working closely with the CEO and technical leadership team. You will be responsible for translating Redoxion’s technology and IP into commercial outcomes, building partnerships, securing agreements, and shaping the company’s route to market.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
