Working closely with the Head of Operations and Leadership Team, you'll help ensure commercial processes, controls and reporting are applied consistently while supporting project teams to maximise commercial performance and manage risk.

Key Responsibilities Will Include

  • Preparing and reviewing pricing submissions, fee proposals and commercial documentation.
  • Monitoring project commercial performance, including revenue, margins, forecasting, variations and recovery opportunities.
  • Identifying commercial risks and opportunities and ensuring appropriate escalation where required.
  • Producing commercial reports, dashboards and analysis to support business decision-making.
  • Maintaining commercial records, trackers, approvals and supporting documentation.
  • Supporting contract negotiations and commercial discussions with clients, suppliers and delivery partners.
  • Coordinating commercial processes, tools and governance requirements across the business.
  • Contributing to the development of scalable commercial systems, controls and best practices.
  • Promoting commercial awareness and supporting project and engineering teams in understanding contractual and commercial obligations.

You'll work with… (because relationships are important)

A team of highly motivated, dedicated professionals delivering engineering consultancy services across the rail, energy and wider infrastructure sectors.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
