Build the commercial engine behind a business on the rise
777 Networks is an award-winning, expert MSP focused on Microsoft cloud, cyber security and modern workplace solutions. We're customer obsessed, and we consistently punch above our weight. Our clients stay with us, and recommend us, because we do things properly. The service is strong and the reputation is earned. Now we're entering a period of growth, and we need a commercial leader to drive it.
The opportunity
This is a chance to step into a role with real ownership and real influence. You'll be the person who shapes how 777 wins, grows and keeps customers. You'll lead new business, deepen the relationships we already have, and set the commercial direction for the business. It's also a role with room to grow. As we scale, you'll have the opportunity to build out your own sales and account management team and shape what it looks like. If you want your next step to be somewhere you can make your mark, this is it.
What you'll do
Win new customers
- Build and run a healthy pipeline of new prospects, and turn conversations into long-term partnerships.
- Articulate and create value propositions built around customer outcomes, not individual product sales.
- Work closely with Group Marketing to bring go-to-market ideas to life and turn campaigns into conversations.
- Work with our technical team to shape proposals that are commercially sharp and technically sound.
- Keep an eye on the market and competitors so we're always positioned to win.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Grow the customers we already have
- Get close to our existing clients, understand where they're heading, and spot opportunities to do more for them.
- Build long-term, trusted relationships, becoming the partner customers turn to as their needs evolve.

Lead and build

Your very own career expert that helps elevate your application to the next level.
You have a proven track record in sales, business development or commercial roles, ideally in IT, MSP or technical services. You sell on outcomes. You can talk about what a customer is trying to achieve and shape a proposition around it, rather than leading with product. You've led or mentored others, and you enjoy helping people do their best work. You're a confident negotiator with sound commercial judgement, and you're comfortable with pricing, margins and contracts. You build trust quickly with clients and suppliers at every level. You're a self-starter who takes an idea from first thought to delivery without waiting to be told. You can translate technical detail into clear commercial value. A full driving licence, and access to your own vehicle will be essential.
