Commercial Lead

Medical Device CDMO

Location: Germany, UK, France, Nordics.
Employment Type: Full-Time, Part-Time or Consultancy/Contract

About the Opportunity

We are partnering with a rapidly growing, international Medical Device Contract Development & Manufacturing Organization (CDMO) supporting customers from early-stage innovators through to global MedTech leaders. The business provides end-to-end development and manufacturing services across a range of minimally invasive, surgical, interventional, and catheter-based technologies. The organization supports both direct MedTech customers and fellow CDMOs requiring additional development or manufacturing capacity.

Following continued expansion, the company is seeking a highly connected commercial leader to accelerate revenue growth across Western Europe.

The Role

This is a strategic and hands-on business development position focused on generating new CDMO partnerships and securing development and manufacturing projects within the MedTech sector.

The successful individual will leverage an existing network of industry contacts to build a robust commercial pipeline and convert opportunities across both R&D and manufacturing services.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
