ARCA Partnership Opportunity
ARCA is delighted to be partnering with an innovative technology business seeking a commercially driven leader to launch and scale a new consumer-focused venture.
This is a rare opportunity to join an ambitious, growth-oriented organisation and take ownership of a significant new market opportunity from concept through to commercial success. Working directly with senior leadership, you will be responsible for shaping the strategy, defining the proposition, identifying routes to market and building a scalable revenue-generating business. This is not a role where you inherit an existing team, customer base, or operating model. You will build it.
We're interested in speaking with commercial leaders who have successfully launched, scaled, or transformed products, services, or business units. You may come from:
- Consumer technology
- Gaming
- Software / SaaS
- Automotive
- Motorsport
- Premium products
- E-commerce
- Direct-to-consumer brands
- Experiential entertainment
- Subscription businesses
- Sports, leisure, or lifestyle brands
- Emerging technology businesses
- High-growth scale-ups
Most importantly, you'll have a track record of building something new and driving commercial adoption.
You'll take ownership of:
- Market and customer opportunity assessment
- Proposition and commercial model creation
- Go-to-market strategy development
- Commercial partnerships and channel development
- Customer acquisition and growth strategy
- Revenue generation and commercial performance
- Pricing, forecasting, and business case development
- Building the foundations of a scalable commercial operation

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
