COMMERCIAL LEAD, Operations

Andron Facilities Management is one of the UK’s most successful family-owned facilities management companies.

Our story began back in 1980 as a father-and-son duo with a single carpet-cleaning machine and a vision of doing things differently. Today, we are a third-generation company with more than 2,600 colleagues, delivering cleaning, security and support services across over 1,000 customer sites throughout the UK.

We are a growing, values-led business with a clear mission to make a difference. We care deeply about our people, give back to our communities and work hard to reduce our impact on the planet.

Due to continued growth, we have an exciting opportunity for a Head of Commercials to join our team.

Role Objective

The Head of Commercials will lead Andron’s commercial function and manage the commercial team, providing commercial support across Operations, Bid Teams, Contract Management and the wider business.

The role will take responsibility for contractual changes, commercial governance, supply chain commercials and contracts, margin reporting and analysis and benchmarking across service sectors.

Reporting to the COO, the Head of Commercials will work closely with operational and senior leaders to ensure strong commercial control, effective contract management and the identification and management of commercial risk and opportunity.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
