Commercial Lead | AI SaaS

Location: London / Munich /Berlin / Stockholm / Paris

Salary: Up to £100,000 base plus generous commission

Join one of the most exciting AI businesses to launch this year. Following a major product launch this year, my client is looking for a senior commercial hire to take this ground-breaking technology to market.

This is a rare opportunity to work directly with the global CEO, build the commercial function from the ground up and play a pivotal role in the company's growth.

The Opportunity

This is a true greenfield role with huge potential.

  • You will own the enterprise sales strategy, win flagship customers and build relationships with CMOs, VPs of Marketing and senior brand leaders.
  • As the business scales, there is a clear opportunity to progress into a commercial leadership position and build your own team.

About You

  • Successful track record selling SaaS, AI, MarTech or enterprise technology solutions.
  • Comfortable engaging C Suite stakeholders and leading consultative sales conversations.
  • Commercially astute, highly organised and thrive in fast moving, entrepreneurial environments.
  • Fiercely organized and strategic business developer.
  • You enjoy building something from scratch and are motivated by ownership, autonomy and growth.
  • A media agency background is essential.
