Position: Commercial Lead – LATAM (Biologicals and Sustainable Agriculture)
Location: Based remotely in Brazil/Argentina/Mexico/Ecuador/Peru or in Spain (with a focus on Latin American time zones).
Compensation: Attractive base salary, tailored to experience level, complemented by a significant annual performance-based earnings opportunity.

To accelerate our growth across the Americas, we are seeking an ambitious, commercially astute Commercial Lead for the LATAM region, with deep agronomic expertise and a proven track record in the biologicals sector. This is a foundational role for a technical sales professional ready to develop markets, forge strategic partnerships, and drive adoption of our innovative portfolio across major agricultural hubs.
The Opportunity
You will be the commercial engine behind our key product lines: pheromones, biopesticides, and biostimulants. This is not just a sales position; it's a blend of strategic business development, technical support, and market leadership. You will identify and develop new opportunities, manage key distributor relationships, and provide the agronomic expertise that turns product potential into commercial success.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the commercial strategy for Crop IQ's sustainable product portfolio across Latin America.
- Identify, negotiate, and manage key relationships with distributors and strategic partners in target countries.
- Provide high-level agronomic technical support and training to key partners and end users.
- Drive market development initiatives to build demand and awareness for biological solutions in the region.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform product and commercial strategy.
- Collaborate closely with our R&D and marketing teams to represent the voice of the customer and the market.
- Meet and exceed ambitious sales and growth targets.
Essential Requirements
Industry Experience:
- Minimum of 8–10 years of proven commercial experience in sales and business development specifically within the biologicals sector (pheromones, biostimulants, or biopesticides).
Regional Experience:
- Extensive commercial experience and a strong network in the LATAM market, with specific focus on: Brazil, Colombia, Peru, Argentina, Paraguay, Ecuador, and Costa Rica.
Technical Background:
- Strong technical background in agronomy, with demonstrable experience in sustainable crop protection and plant health products.
Languages (Essential):

- Fluent English.
- Fluent Spanish (required for the Andean and Central American markets).
- Fluent Portuguese (essential for the Brazilian market).

- Strategic thinker with a hunter mentality, capable of opening new doors and cultivating long-term partnerships.
- Comfortable working autonomously in a remote environment, with the discipline to manage a vast territory.
- Willingness to travel internationally as needed.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated, ambitious, and results-oriented.
