Company Description

Metadvice is a CE-marked (UK MHRA Class IIa) regulated clinical decision intelligence platform transforming chronic disease management and multimorbidity care. Fully integrated into NHS primary care systems (EMIS Web and TPP SystmOne), our platform enables clinical teams to identify rising-risk patients, optimize treatment pathways, and boost clinician productivity with real-world clinical and economic validation. With an installed footprint spanning over 440,000 patients and active pipeline conversations across ICBs and provider networks covering over 15 million lives, Metadvice is positioned at the center of the NHS Neighbourhood Health, CVKM, and proactive long-term condition agendas. Supported by a dedicated 10-person technical and engineering hub in Switzerland, we are looking for a hands-on, high-velocity Commercial Lead / Business Development Director to drive our next phase of NHS scale-up.

Role & Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced commercial leader who excels at selling digital health / health-tech solutions at scale within the NHS. You will focus on moving beyond single GP practices and PCNs to secure system-level contracts with major budget holders: Integrated Care Boards (ICBs), NHS Trusts, GP Federations, and Neighbourhood Health Providers. In addition to driving growth, you will direct and coordinate our agile UK customer-facing and operational team (fewer than 10 people), aligning customer success, deployment, and partner relations with our overarching commercial strategy.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
