Commercial Counsel

Global Gaming & Entertainment Business

We’re partnering with a high-growth, global gaming and entertainment business currently undergoing an exciting phase of international expansion. This is a rare opportunity to join a market-leading brand at a pivotal stage of growth, working within a fast-paced and highly commercial environment.

What makes this opportunity particularly exciting is the breadth and profile of the work. The business operates at the intersection of gaming, sport and entertainment, partnering with household-name brands across football, motorsport and wider global sporting markets.

Whether this is your first move in-house from private practice or you are looking to step into a broader and more influential commercial role, this opportunity offers outstanding exposure and progression potential.

You’ll be joining a dynamic and forward-thinking legal team, partnering directly with senior stakeholders across the business and playing a key role in supporting strategic commercial initiatives across multiple jurisdictions.

The Opportunity

This is a broad, hands-on commercial role with significant visibility across the business. You will work closely with teams across technology, marketing, compliance and operations, advising on a wide range of commercial and strategic matters.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
