Commercial Litigation Associate (4-6 PQE)
Salary: £80,000 - £90,000 + Bonus + Benefits
A well-regarded and growing disputes practice is seeking a talented Commercial Litigation Associate (4-6 PQE) to join its team.
This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious litigator looking to work on a broad range of complex and high-value disputes, acting for businesses, directors, shareholders and high-net-worth individuals across both domestic and international matters.
The Role
You will advise on a diverse commercial disputes caseload, including:
- Director and shareholder disputes
- Fraudulent transactions
- Breach of directors' duties claims
- Asset tracing and recovery
- Complex contractual disputes
- Professional negligence claims
- Injunctive relief and freezing orders
- Enforcement of domestic and foreign judgments
- Cryptocurrency and digital asset disputes
- International and cross-border commercial litigation

The team is recognised for handling technically challenging and strategically important disputes, often involving urgent applications, fraud-related issues and multi-jurisdictional elements.
About You
The successful candidate will:
- Be a qualified Solicitor in England & Wales with approximately 4-6 years' PQE
- Have solid commercial litigation experience gained within a recognised disputes practice
- Be confident managing matters with an appropriate level of supervision
- Have experience of drafting, client management and litigation strategy
- Demonstrate strong technical ability and commercial awareness
- Enjoy working closely with clients and taking an active role in business development

Experience of shareholder disputes, injunctions, asset recovery or fraud-related litigation would be particularly advantageous, although candidates with a broader commercial disputes background are also encouraged to apply.
