We are working with a major US-headquartered law firm seeking a commercial litigation associate to join its highly regarded London disputes practice.
The team is independently ranked for premium commercial litigation and particularly well known for large-scale, cross-border disputes. Its recent caseload includes ones of the largest group actions to come before the English Courts, alongside significant contractual, shareholder, post-M&A and financial disputes. The wider practice also offers exposure to competition litigation, investigation and international arbitration.

The Role
Associates are closely involved in the strategic development of cases rather than operating solely on discrete workstreams. You can expect to handle legal research, drafting, document analysis and correspondence, contribute to trial strategy and preparation, and regularly attend court hearings.

About You
You will be E&W-qualified and have 3-5 years' commercial litigation experience, gained wholly or partly within a leading commercial law firm. Strong academics and excellent written advocacy are important, together with the ability to analyse substantial volumes of complex information and turn them into clear, commercially focused advice.
