About the Firm

The Role
You will join a collegiate team handling significant group litigation matters and high-profile commercial disputes. The successful candidate will act as lead associate on strategic claims, oversee paralegal teams, and contribute to shaping litigation strategy. There will be immediate exposure to high-responsibility work, autonomy in client interaction, and the chance to develop business development skills within an entrepreneurial environment.

What They’re Looking For
- 4–6 years' PQE in commercial litigation (flexibility either side)
- Ability to manage complex matters with minimal supervision
- Strong academic background and drafting prowess
- Collaborative and proactive work ethic
- Background in employment claims or group litigation is advantageous but not essential
