Commercial Litigation Associate (3–5 PQE)
London
An outstanding opportunity has arisen for a talented Commercial Litigation Associate (3–5 PQE) to join one of London's leading disputes teams, recognised for handling some of the most complex, high-value and strategically significant litigation in the market.
This is an opportunity to work alongside highly regarded litigators on sophisticated domestic and international disputes for an exceptional client base, gaining exposure to matters that are both intellectually challenging and commercially significant.
The Opportunity:
You'll work on a broad range of complex commercial disputes across multiple sectors, acting for both claimants and defendants on high-profile litigation and arbitration matters. The role offers genuine responsibility from day one, working closely with partners while managing key aspects of major disputes.
Your work will include:
- High-value commercial litigation before the High Court
- International and domestic arbitration
- Urgent injunctions and interim applications
- Mediation and alternative dispute resolution
- Drafting pleadings, applications and witness statements
- Managing disclosure and complex document review exercises
- Conducting detailed legal research and advising on litigation strategy
- Working closely with leading counsel, experts and clients
- Supporting trial preparation through to final hearing

About You:
We're looking for an ambitious solicitor who thrives in a fast-paced, intellectually demanding environment. You'll ideally have:
- 3–5 years' PQE gained within a recognised commercial litigation practice
- Strong experience handling complex commercial disputes
- Excellent knowledge of High Court procedure and litigation strategy
- Experience acting for both claimants and defendants
- Exposure to arbitration and ADR
- Exceptional drafting, analytical and communication skills
- A strong academic background
- A proactive, commercially minded approach with the confidence to take ownership of matters
