Commercial Litigation Solicitor / Legal Executive | Hertfordshire
An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Commercial Litigation Solicitor / Legal Executive to join a highly regarded Legal 500, multi-office law firm in Hertfordshire.
The firm has an established reputation for providing high-quality legal advice to both businesses and individuals, with a strong and growing commercial litigation offering.
The successful Solicitor / Legal Executive will join a well-established team and work on a varied caseload of commercial and civil disputes, including matters relating to:
- Commercial and contractual disputes
- Breach of contract claims
- Partnership and shareholder disputes
- Professional negligence
- Debt recovery and enforcement
- Injunctions and urgent applications
- Director and shareholder disputes
- Property-related commercial disputes
