Job Title: Commercial Litigation Lawyer

PQE: 5+
Location: Cambridgeshire
Salary: Dependent on experience

The Opportunity

An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Commercial Litigation Lawyer to join a leading regional practice and take ownership of their own caseload from day one. The successful Commercial Litigation Lawyer will handle a diverse portfolio of commercial litigation matters, including a number of high-quality and complex cases. The role will involve advising clients across a broad spectrum of commercial and civil disputes, including:

  • Contractual disputes
  • Shareholder disputes
  • Property litigation
  • Contentious probate
  • Construction disputes

You will be expected to have a strong knowledge across a range of disputes and be confident managing matters with a high degree of autonomy.

The Candidate:

You will ideally be a Commercial Litigation Lawyer/Solicitor with a minimum of 5 years' PQE and have experience across the full range of commercial and civil litigation work. You will have built a strong reputation for providing high-quality advice across a broad range of commercial and civil litigation matters. Ideally, you will already be well regarded within the local market and have developed your expertise within an established practice recognised for its commercial litigation offering. The ability and willingness to get involved in business development, networking and client relationship-building will also be important.
