The Opportunity We are looking to appoint a Commercial Litigation Solicitor to join our close-knit Dispute Resolution team . This role would suit someone who enjoys responsibility, values collaboration and is looking to build depth in their practice, rather than being confined to a narrow silo. You will work closely with the Commercial Litigation Partner as their number two, with genuine exposure to clients, matters and strategic decision-making. There are strong long-term prospects for the right person, supported by clear expectations and mentoring.

The Role You will be involved in a broad range of commercial dispute resolution matters, including: Contractual disputes Shareholder and director disputes Debt recovery Injunctions Regulatory and compliance-related disputes This is a hands-on role offering variety, responsibility and the opportunity to develop trusted client relationships.
About You We are open to candidates with 5–8 years’ PQE who are: Confident managing matters with appropriate supervision Thoughtful, commercial and solutions-focused Comfortable building relationships with clients and colleagues Keen to develop their practice and take on greater responsibility over time Most importantly, we are looking for someone who values teamwork, wants clarity around progression, and is motivated by doing high-quality work in a supportive environment.
