Commercial Dispute Resolution Solicitor, 2+ Years' PQE, Devon, Hybrid Working, Competitive Salary + Excellent Benefits

Job Ref: 4810

Join a thriving Commercial Dispute Resolution team acting for a diverse client base including SMEs, owner-managed businesses, larger corporate organisations, insurers, in-house legal teams, and private individuals.

Responsibilities

  • Managing a varied caseload of contentious matters
  • Advising clients on commercial litigation
  • Alternative dispute resolution
  • Asset and debt recovery
  • Property disputes
  • Shareholder and partnership disputes
  • Director disputes
  • Breach of contract claims
  • Contentious probate and trust disputes

The appointed Solicitor will handle matters from initial instruction through to resolution, advising on dispute strategy and risk management, drafting pleadings and court documentation, conducting negotiations and mediations, and representing clients throughout court proceedings.

Requirements

  • Qualified Solicitors or Chartered Legal Executives
  • Around 2 years+ PQE
  • Strong experience in Commercial Dispute Resolution
