Commercial Litigation Solicitor
An established and growing law firm is seeking a Commercial Litigation Solicitor to join its expanding Commercial Litigation team. This is an excellent opportunity for a solicitor with at least 3 years' PQE to work on a broad range of complex and high-value disputes while developing their career within a supportive and ambitious team.
The successful candidate will manage their own caseload of commercial litigation matters while also supporting senior lawyers on larger and more complex disputes. The role offers exposure to high-quality work across a variety of sectors and clients.
Responsibilities
- Manage a varied caseload of commercial litigation matters from inception through to resolution.
- Assist senior members of the team on complex and high-value disputes.
- Provide clear, commercially focused advice to clients on legal risks, prospects of success, and costs exposure.
- Develop litigation strategies aimed at achieving the best possible outcomes for clients.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through excellent service and communication.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues across practice areas, including Corporate, Real Estate, and Finance.
- Ensure compliance with client service level agreements and internal procedures.
- Manage competing priorities and deadlines effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date case records and matter management systems.
- Contribute to business development initiatives and the continued growth of the team.

Candidate Requirements
- Qualified Solicitor with 3+ years' PQE in Commercial Litigation.
- Strong technical and procedural knowledge of commercial disputes.
- Experience managing matters independently with minimal supervision.
- Excellent drafting, negotiation, and advocacy skills.
- Strong commercial awareness and strategic thinking.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage a busy caseload and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and client relationship management skills.
- A proactive and collaborative approach to teamwork.
