About The Role

Commercial Litigation Solicitor, Cheltenham, £65,000–£77,500 per annum, full-time. This role suits a solicitor with five or more years’ PQE seeking substantial case ownership. You will manage disputes from first instructions through to settlement or trial, offering clear, pragmatic counsel.

Responsibilities include:

The Role

You will have significant responsibility for your own matters, guiding clients through disputes from the initial advice and assessment of their position through to resolution.

  • Develop case strategies
  • Provide clear and pragmatic advice
  • Work with clients to achieve the best possible outcomes
  • Depending on your experience, you’ll also have the opportunity to work alongside Directors on larger and more complex matters, while playing an active role in supporting and developing junior members of the team.

Skills Required

Applications are sought from Commercial Litigation Solicitors with a minimum of 5 Years PQE.

  • Technically strong
  • Commercially aware and confident dealing directly with clients
  • Manage competing priorities
  • Communicate complex legal issues clearly
  • Take a pragmatic approach to resolving disputes
  • Play a part in the continued growth of both their own practice and the wider
